- Uniquely assigned membership card that enables members to take advantage of included benefits

How do I join?
- Please contact a member of the Marketing Team for detailed information
- A completed Premier Club Membership Agreement, accompanied by a check for $1000, is required to join the Beacon Hill Premier Club.
- This fee is fully refundable (plus interest) in the event of a cancellation
- A reservation deposit is required.
- Premier Club membership demonstrates an interest in and intent to move to Beacon Hill at Eastgate within 90 days of receipt of certificate of occupancy.
